These terms apply whenever you order from himawave.com. Please read them before you buy. Himawave is a sole proprietorship trading from Al Noor Colony, Zaheerabad, Chunian, Punjab, Pakistan.
1. Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract exists once we confirm your order by email and, where payment is required up front, once that payment clears. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot verify a payment.
2. Prices and currency
All prices are set in US Dollars (USD). If you are shown a price in another currency it is an approximate conversion, refreshed daily, provided for convenience only — your card or PayPal account is charged in USD, and the exact amount in your own currency depends on your bank's rate and any fee they add. Sales tax or VAT, where it applies, is shown separately at checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery country.
3. Payment
You can pay by credit or debit card, or from a PayPal account, both handled by PayPal. Card details are entered into PayPal's own secure fields and never reach our server. We also accept bank transfer and wallet payments; for those you upload a screenshot of your transfer and we confirm it by hand, normally within 24 hours. Your order is only prepared once payment is confirmed.
4. Made to order and natural variation
Almost everything we sell is made by hand to order from solid wood. Grain, colour and figure vary from piece to piece, and your item will not be an exact match for the photographs. Solid wood also moves slightly with humidity. This variation is the nature of the material, not a fault.
5. Delivery
Processing and delivery estimates are shown on each product page and again at checkout. They are estimates, not guarantees — once a parcel is with the courier, its progress is outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery. Any import duty or customs charge in your country is yours to pay.
6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

7. Warranty
Clock movements are covered for 12 months and woodwork against defects in workmanship for 2 years, from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, water, prolonged direct sunlight, or normal wear and seasonal movement of the wood.
8. Custom and engraved pieces
Custom sizes and engraved pieces are made specifically for you. Check your spelling and dimensions carefully: once production starts these cannot be cancelled or returned unless they are faulty or we made the mistake.
9. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse.
10. Our content
The photographs, text and designs on this site belong to Himawave. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
11. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute. Please contact us first — almost everything is settled with a conversation.
