This policy explains what we collect when you use himawave.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Himawave is a sole proprietorship trading from Al Noor Colony, Zaheerabad, Chunian, Punjab, Pakistan.
What we collect
- Order details — the name, email address, phone number and delivery address you enter at checkout, plus what you ordered and any note you leave.
- Account details — if you create an account, or if one is created for you when you order as a guest, we store the same details plus a securely hashed password. We never store your password in a readable form.
- Payment evidence — if you pay by bank transfer or wallet, the screenshot, reference number and sender name you upload so we can confirm the payment.
- Messages — anything you send us through the contact form, live chat, product questions or reviews.
- Technical data — your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, used to keep the site secure, to show prices in your local currency, and to understand what people look at.
What we never see
We do not collect or store card numbers. When you pay by card, the card fields on our checkout page belong to PayPal and your details go straight to PayPal — they never reach our server. See PayPal's own privacy notice for how they handle that data.
Why we hold it
To take and deliver your order, to confirm payment, to answer your questions, to send order updates and (only if you asked for it) our newsletter, and to meet our record-keeping obligations.
Who we share it with
Only where it is needed to complete your order: our payment provider (PayPal), the courier delivering your parcel, our web host, and our email provider. To show prices in your own currency we send your IP address to a geolocation service and fetch daily exchange rates; neither receives your name or order details. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and to remember your cart, your chosen currency and any coupon you applied. If analytics or advertising tags are enabled they may set their own cookies; you can block cookies in your browser, though the cart and login will stop working.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and warranty claims. Payment screenshots are kept only while a payment is being confirmed and for the warranty period afterwards. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see a copy of what we hold about you, to correct anything wrong, or to have your account and personal details deleted (except records we must keep for accounting). Email contact@himawave.com or call +92 308 9008892 and we will deal with it within 30 days.
Children
This shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page. Significant changes will be mentioned on the homepage.
