Three simple shapes — a tall rounded arch, a vertical bar and a disc with a straight arm — are layered at slightly different depths so they overlap like a still-life drawing. Thin brass lines cross the bar and the disc and catch the light.
Each shape has its own hidden LED, so the glow reads as separate strokes on the wall rather than one flat panel. Turned low it is enough to light a hallway at night; turned up it works as real reading light beside a console or a bed.
It suits the same walls that suit modern art: plain, pale and uncluttered, where the shadows between the layers do the decorating.
Runs from the included 12 V adaptor — no battery needed — and the warm LED dims from a soft night glow up to full brightness. If you would rather go wireless, the housing takes a standard rechargeable cell. Batteries themselves cannot be shipped by air, so buy one locally; the piece arrives with the adaptor and the battery holder fitted.

Dust with a dry, soft cloth and never spray liquid near the LED channel. Unplug the adaptor before cleaning behind the piece. Dust with a dry, soft cloth. Keep it off damp walls and out of long direct sunlight; wood moves a little with the seasons, which is normal. A light coat of furniture oil once a year keeps the colour rich.
Returns: This is a made-to-order, final-sale piece. We will always replace a damaged or faulty item.
