A carved crescent curves behind the dial and throws a moon of warm light onto the wall. The dial itself is plain wood with cut hour lines rather than applied markers, and the hands are shaped from the same board.
Below, a slim rod carries a teardrop pendulum with turned discs above and below the face, so the whole clock reads as one vertical line from top to bottom. At 95 cm it needs height — a stairwell wall, a hallway, or the gap beside a tall bookcase.
The movement is a silent sweep, so the room stays quiet even though the piece looks like an old pendulum clock.
Runs from the included 12 V adaptor — no battery needed — and the warm LED dims from a soft night glow up to full brightness. If you would rather go wireless, the housing takes a standard rechargeable cell. Batteries themselves cannot be shipped by air, so buy one locally; the piece arrives with the adaptor and the battery holder fitted.

Dust with a dry, soft cloth and never spray liquid near the LED channel. Unplug the adaptor before cleaning behind the piece. Dust with a dry, soft cloth. Keep it off damp walls and out of long direct sunlight; wood moves a little with the seasons, which is normal. A light coat of furniture oil once a year keeps the colour rich.
